Gift cards

Gift card purchases are normally non-refundable once issued, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise at our discretion.

If there is a problem with a gift card purchase, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference, purchaser name and email address so we can investigate.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us and we will review the payment record. Where a refund is due, we will process it back to the original payment method where possible.

Bookings and other purchases

Refunds for bookings, deposits, events or other purchases may depend on the terms given at the time of booking or purchase.
